These terms govern your use of Study Atlas. By creating an account, signing in, uploading content, connecting storage, or using AI generation, you agree to these terms.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by Study Atlas security failure.
• Study Atlas may require email verification, rate-limit requests, revoke sessions, or suspend access to protect the service.
• You must not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or storage controls.

You keep ownership of the notes, PDFs, text, flashcards, study plans, and other material you add to Study Atlas. You give Study Atlas permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the app and the features you request.

You must have the right to upload or process the content you add. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, private third-party, or copyright-infringing material.

Study Atlas can generate notes, flashcards, summaries, and other study material using AI providers. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your exam or curriculum. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Do not use AI features to process content you are not allowed to share with external AI providers. Provider availability, speed, and quality may vary.

Study Atlas may let you store files locally through the app or connect your own Google Drive. If you connect Google Drive, you are responsible for the Google account, permissions, storage limits, and any files saved there.

Disconnecting Drive may prevent Study Atlas from accessing Drive-backed files. It does not automatically delete files already stored in your Google Drive.

• Do not attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app.
• Do not upload malware or content designed to compromise other users or systems.
• Do not use Study Atlas to violate laws, exam rules, platform rules, or third-party rights.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to the service.

Study Atlas is evolving. Features may change, break, be limited, or be removed. We may perform maintenance, change providers, impose usage limits, or restrict access where needed for reliability, security, or product direction.

Study Atlas is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It is a study aid, not a guarantee of academic, exam, professional, legal, tax, financial, or career outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Study Atlas disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Study Atlas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, lost opportunity, or reliance on AI-generated content.

You may stop using Study Atlas at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the app or others, or if continued access would be unlawful or impractical.

The Privacy Policy explains how Study Atlas collects, uses, stores, and shares information. It is part of these terms.
