Our commitment

Study Atlas is built to support students working across notes, PDFs, flashcards, revision plans, analytics, and AI-generated study material. We aim to follow WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidance where practical for the current product stage.

What we currently support

  • Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile viewports.
  • Keyboard-accessible buttons, links, tabs, forms, and dialogs across the main app shell.
  • Visible focus states on interactive controls.
  • High-contrast light and dark themes with semantic text colors.
  • Alternative text or accessible labels for icon-only controls where the action is not obvious.
  • Reduced reliance on color alone in core status labels, charts, and controls.

Known areas we are still improving

  • More complete screen-reader descriptions for complex analytics charts and heatmaps.
  • More consistent keyboard shortcuts for study workflows such as flashcard review and calendar tasks.
  • Ongoing mobile testing on real Android and iOS devices, not only browser emulation.
  • Further color and contrast review whenever new UI themes are added.
